I have had them higher for about 15 minutes now and it does seem to be getting a little better. I have been drinking lots of water but I will try to drink a little more. Thanks ladies !
When you elevate them are you making then higher then your hips? Cuz thats what u need to do. It works for me anyway.
Im drinking water nd that seems to help but u gave to drink a lot of it nd as far as keeping my feet up i cant seem to do since i cant sit still nd always doing things
