I feel my stomach getting very tight and then going back to normal I'm 34 weeks is this braxton hicks or more then that? Do I need to be worried?

It kind of depends if they are consistent, and get worse or just go away. I thought i was having bh around the same time,  but i happened to have  a Dr appointment that day and she said they were true contractions.  They hooked me up to a monitor fire a few hours and made me hydrate. When they didn't stop i had to get a shot to stop the contractions so the baby didn't come early.
Most likely nothing to worry about, but it wouldn't hurt to mention to  your Dr.

Try dunking a glass of water and laying down unless you are already resting than get up and walk. That is supposed to stop BH and is a good way of knowing that's what it is when they stop.
