Same here I sleep on left wake up on back...don't know wht to do body pillow dsnt really wrk its dwn d bed or under my legs by mrng
I fall asleep on my side and wake up in my back. If it happens, it happens. :) Try not to do it consciously though.
From about 20 weeks on, the uterus is big enough that in a supine position it puts pressure on the artery that supplies blood to the placenta and delivers nutrients to the fetus. So yeah, you shouldn't sleep on your back.
