baby fever?

hi =) my sister is pregnant, my uncle and his wife just had a baby, and my boyfriend's brother and his gf are having a baby too, also one of my good friends from high school recently had a baby so maybe this is just baby fever for me, lol.  I am just curious because i have been on yasmin for about 4 months and after the first month my acne cleared up completely.  for the first month and half i had diarhea but that cleared up.  now im wondering if i could be experiencing pregnancy symptoms because my acne cleared up right when i started taking it and now my face is suddenly broken out again. also the diarhea has mysteriously returned.  also im getting little painless bumps inside my mouth which i dunno if it has anything to do with pregnancy but ill just put that in there for good measure.  also i had a swollen lymph node in my arm pit, is this something that happens in pregnancy?  no sore boobs, some fatigue but i am always tired
also i have become very itchy
my last period was on july 2 or 3 not exactly sure so i havent missed it yet
what do you think? do any of my symptoms sound like pregnancy or is it just baby fever?

thankyou for your responses =) Im not worried about the bump because it lasted only a couple days and i read that is something alot of women experience while taking yasmin, also the bumps in my lips are not much of a concern to me as they are gone within hours and are probably due to me biting my lips in my sleep or something...overall the itchiness and the swollen lymph node might be enough of a reason to switch to a different birth control, it didnt bother me much before but i would prefer something with as few side effects as possible. thanks again for replying =)

You should see a doctor about the swollen lump you feel in your armpit. Also, bumps in your mouth, whether painful or not, sound worrisome. I think a trip to the doctor is warranted, to give you a clean bill of health and make sure nothing else is going on.

Sounds like baby fever to me, but take a test in a week if you miss your period. :)
