I'm 6 weeks pregnant and have been struggling with nausea and extreme tiredness for the past week. I've already had to have 3 days off work. This morning was the first morning I actually vomited. I just feel terrible all the time so would appreciate some tips as I'm not ready to tell my boss but this baby isn't giving me much choice!!
