Morning sickness and has to travel for Xmas

Ugh help!! I'm feeling extremely sick and on the verge of puking and I have to take a bus and travel to a different city for the holidays today. Any suggestions while travelling? I don't want to throw up on the bus. I'm extremely sick omg I just want it to stop.
