Morning sickness is killing me

Hi I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I have an extremely bad case of morning sickness. I can't keep anything I eat down and I also have abdominal pain similar to menstrual cramps. My doctor says not to worry but I feel weak and tired. I am also worried my baby might not get enough nutrition. Any eating advice?

Welcome to the first trimester..  And don't worry it will go away  .  My morning sickness was so bad I lost 7 pounds.  I didn't eat anything because I was terrified of throwing up to much.  But when I turned 13 weeks it got better and I got my appetite back and now I gained all the weight back.  Take your prenatal vitamins and drink gingerale.  Suck on ginger candies and eat in very small portions throughout the day.  The baby's need for nutrition isvery low in the beginning weeks so the baby will take the nutrients and necessities it needs even if u eat a lil.  Don't worry it gets better.  Be strong and hope u feel better.  Xoxo

My morning sickness never wen't away till 4 weeks ago and i am 31 weeks and 6 days now, was the longest time i have ever been sick and this is my second child. Nothing seemed to work this time around that i have tried but for my first child drinking ginger ale and having unsalted dry crackers helped me the most. Try eating something when you get up to go to the bathroom in the night might help you out more then trying to eat in the morning. If your still not having any luck keeping things down try eating stuff that wont get you turned off eating food, like cereal or crackers. I found those things to be the best when you get sick. Instead of bringing up chunks of food it will mix with your stomach acid and it wont leave you feeling like you have food stuck in your throat. Hope you can find something that will help you out

Try drinking some ice cold ginger ale in the morning along with some lightly buttered toast. I had HORRIBLE morning/all day sickness the first 3 months of my pregnancy and lost about 12-15 lbs. The only thing that helped me was the ginger ale, or something sweet. I would snack on yogurt covered raisins or trail mix throughout the day just to make sure I wasn't starving and baby was eating.

Try sour candies, and ginger stuff(i used ginger ale) also try not to let ur stomach be empty bc when ur stomachs empty the nausea and vomiting is worse, also try eating snack meals furing the day and snacking on crackers or gummies(i say gummies bc i couldnt stomach crackers but could gummies) in bed before u get out of it. Wake up a little early and get out of bed slowly:)

Also I know it may me hard BELIEVE ME! but try to find something light you can eat just to keep something on your stomach. Morning sickness ***** but its 10x worse when you have nothing to throw up other than the lining of your stomach. I would suggest, apple slices or peanut butter crackers, if you still can't  keep that down freeze gatorade in ice cube trays and suck on them to keep yourself hydrated

Try peppermint, either sucking on one or using Dr. BRONNERS PURE PEPPERMINT soap and mixing it into a bath if you have time if not squirt a few drops in a bowl of hot water and take in the vapors I am 8 weeks and this really helps.
