Getting scared?

Lately I've been getting scared (those scares where your body gets heated) can this harm my baby? Or lead to a miscarriage? I'm 6 weeks pregnanct!

No not any of those! I just get scared easily by little stuff! Like if I see my daughter fall and trip my whole body gets heated from how scared I got but it's been happening a lot! Can this harm my baby?
Being scared will not harm your baby. If you being scared is causing extreme amounts of anxiety and stress than it is possible it could hurt your baby in that case. But it sounds like it's just little instances where it's a brief moment and then it's gone. I would say that you are fine unless you start to get panic attacks you can definitely call your doctor just to be sure but I would say just from what you describe you're perfectly fine
