help with hip pain

So my hips feel like they r breaking.  Does anyone have any way to relieve the pain.  Its so bad i can barely walk any more.    Im 30 w so i know i dont have much longer. But i would like to try something to relieve the pain now and again.

its probably just you pelvic bones strecthing for the oncoming deliverry

Tylenol, warm baths, getting something to wear for support...that's all I can really think of. I had it bad with my daughter, and nothing helped me at all, but as soon as she was born..that night when I was walking around only about 4 hours after I had her I was fine.
