I have been having terrible morning sickness since 7 weeks im now 24+1 and still just as bad. Nothing i did helped. i ended up in er for fluids twice and was diagnosed with hg. I was given a prescription for zofran but now that barely helps. I've aldo lost almost 20lbs so far so i now have to drink ensure shakes to get the nutrients i throw up.

Saltine crackers, smaller meals, lits of fluids is what I did up until about 18-19 weeks. I had morning sickness so bad it sent me to the er dehydrated. So upping the fluids and making my meals smaller and more frequent helped. Make sure u stay hydrated I drank soooo much water in my first trimester from vomiting so much.
