Or you can do it by phone I think it might be easier

Yeah let them know your going to move to a different state and they will end it,your talking about medicaid right? I personally ended mines through the phone because I wasn't aware once I was in Texas already. But you just end it and in Texas you apply

So i would have to go to the medical office and talk to them so they can end my medical before i move?

Aww I was born and raised in Los Angeles then met my hubby and we moved to el Paso,Texas from there we ended up here in Florida jiji but you would need to end your benefits in California before you can apply in a different state. But most likely you'll be approved I was and still am. You just can't have benefits there and then getting more in a different state.
