Lost mine last Thursday but no Baby yet and im so nervous I ll get an infection how can I prevent it? And should I not have sex?

It's normal to lose mucus plug weeks before baby comes everything will b OK try not to worry

I lost my mucus plug 2 plus weeks ago and in due in 3 days. And still nothing.  All it means is your cervix is ripening

How far are u I highly doubt u will get an infection. from losing it ib only  heard about your water breaking u would have baby within 24 hours because of risk of infection

That's if your water breaks. Not your mucus plug. Mucus plug isn't a sign a labor, it can regenerate if it comes to soon.

I read it in the app that it helps prevent infections to the baby which has me nervous since I lost it

Hmm I never heard of someone getting an infection from not having the baby after lose of the plug. Hmm have to talked to your doctor about it
