Your water will continue leaking. If you are continually soaking ur panties, go in. Doesnt sound like it though.

If your water broke you'd still be leaking fluid so most likely it was just watery discharge.

With my second pregnancy my water broke in my sleep and it was a gush of water. It was very warm so it felt like I peed on myself. My whole bed was soaking wet including me. So what you are experiencing is discharge. Some pregnant women may have more discharge than others or it could be a little pee due to the baby putting more pressure on your bladder. But if you are still uncertain, go to labor and delivery so they can swab you to see if the q-tip change dark blue or purple.
