Is it normal sometimes when you press against your belly its rock hard? It only happens once every few days. Not sure if its normal or if its because i have so much amniotic fluid built up?

It could be bh or it could just be the way baby is laying. My first two were notorious for pushing their bottoms outward, and this one has pushed various parts outward :) makes kind of a giant rock feeling on your belly!

Not really. Some women experience them as early as 12 weeks. Its just your bodies way of practicing for real labor. Its a good sign as long as youre not having them cobsistently like regular contractions. They shouldnt hurt or be nonstop. 33 weeks is definitely not too early for them :)
