How Many Days Did Your Mucus Plug Actually Come Out?

Mine took a week to come out too, don't feel bad! Lol. Except mine came out in large amounts about 3 times a day over a course of 7 days. It hasn't completely stopped, but the amount is waaaaay less now and only 1-2 times a day too so I'm pretty sure this is the end of it.

I just used ground cinnamon and water. And it worked for me.

Cinnamon tea get cinnamon sticks. Boil two or three in a cup of water. I added honey and a little nutmeg to mine. Super yummy. I'm going to try adding a tea bag too for flavor:).

Oh geesh and I thought 3 was bad. I did that cinnamon tea that everyone was talking about because when I looked into the research it said it was good for helping you lose your mucus plug. I literally had like 4 glasses between like 2 days and then it wouldn't stop coming. Hopefully labor is right around the corner now.

Took mine over the course of 3 days to stop. And it was 3 days of every time I went to the bathroom massive chunks of it coming out and I would wipe and there would be massive amounts on the toilet paper. Super gross!
