Multiple questions

Hi guys I'm new so sorry if I'm not doing this right :/ First of all is it ok for me to lift weights and jog in my first trimester? I've always been an active person and miss going out for jogs. Also, I'm 8 weeks along and went from a size zero to a size 5 in the past month. Is it possible that I'm showing already? I've never bloated that largely even during my "time of the month" and this is the first time a pregnancy has gotten this far for me. Please don't be cruel, I asked about showing this early on another forum and got called an idiot and got laughed at. Thanks for any responses and good luck for everyone's pregnancies! :)

Thank you everyone! My first appointment with my doctor is in ten days, I'm just so impatient lol! Congratulations on being so far in, it seems like this trimester is going so slow

Excerising I was told by my doctor not to do it the first 3 months due to some miscarriages at the beginning cause by excerising.. i was told just to walk and take it easy I used to go to the gym alot before I got pregnant with my second... and everybody's body is different, it cause also be bloating which is a  early sign in pregnancy... i showed fasted with this pregnancy then my first born.. if you feel concerned or anything I would definitely ask my doctor just to make myself feel better..

If you're a frequent jogger sure, I use to run every night. I'm 37 weeks now and can't even run to the ice cream truck if I wanted too lol! Just go easy, well paced, stay extremely hydrated basically just don't over do it. Lifting weights in really not sure maybe talk to your docotor for now I'd just keep it at low weights 5-10 pounds...

And welcome to pregnancy you're just bloated lol! You're baby is still itty bitty so I wouldn't say you're showing just yet! Eventually the bloating will go down! (:

Every woman is different if you feel like that then it's ok. They said you can still do your regular exercising but just call your doctor to make sure first But lifting weights is good. Some woman do show. I'm already on the plus size so as soon as I hit close to 20 weeks I blew up like a balloon lol 35 weeks now but it's possible. Congrats!
