My 2 month old has a cold

Not a pregnancy question but my 2 month old has a cold and I don't know what to do! Am I supposed to take her to the dr or just comfort her until it goes away? She doesn't have a fever, she just has a runny nose, kind of stuffed up, a little cough once in awhile and sneezing. Should I give her baby Tylenol? I'm a new mom and I don't know what to do!! Thanks for your advice ahead of time

Thank you, her snot is clear and it's the tiniest cough ever and no fever so I will keep an eye on her and hope it gets better quick

if she has a fever, baby tylenol is ok to give, as long as she doesnt sound too congested she should be fine, but if her mucus turns green or she starts to have a rattly /wheezy cough then you should take her to the doctor
