Sounds weirb but prunes and prune juice usually gets people going right. Someone mentioned squats... that works. If you feel the need to poop go take your pants off and literally squat on the potty. Idk how pregnant you are but if you can then give it a shot! (: hope I helped

Me and you both! Some days are better than others. I have really tried my best to drink 80- 100 ounces of water like my doctor says it does help but I'm running to the restroom once or twice every hour of not more. I have just added lots of veggies like spinach, corn, collard greens which I think are helping but still kind of soon to know just yet. My doctor said I could try fiber supplement how ever I'm trying the natural route first. One last thing fider one anything has good fider in it but I am loving the brownies I don't feel bad about eating 2 because I feel like I really need it and it will help!! Lol :) I wish you luck I can relate to how uncomfortable it can be!

Well make sure you eat lots of fruits and veggies and that your eating enough fiber. It ***** but it does get better. I'm 17 weeks now and I don't have anymore problems with that.
