Warm bath. Massage. A535 does wonders. Your allowed to use a hot water bottle as long as it isn't really hot
If you have access to a pool or beach, try swimming. It does a lot to relieve the soreness in my back and neck.

Hot bubble bath! Massage and try doing some yoga & stretches every day if you're anything like me it works wonders!! Also made falling asleep so much easier.
