Hello I was hoping someone could take a look at my chart and tell me if they think I have a good chance. I am not sure really if I ovulated on the right day as I am supposed to be 4 dpo but I am still getting faint lines on my Opk.
I agree you ovulated on the 2nd,there is no evidence as of yet you have a progesterone defeciency,so women temps never go right up.I myself have low temps.until you chart goes a bit further along,then the ovulation point may alter itself.I do agree maybe start using ovulation tests sooner.good luck.

OK now actually you O'd on CD 19! But your temp should be .5 drgrees over your coverline to show ovulation which should of been up to 98.5,98 being your coverline. Here are a few things you need to know
1. you have what they call a slow rise from a progesterone defeciency, most likely the casue of your mc! Do you know the role of pregesterone? If not message me.
2. the dip you had on day 11 is good waiting for impending O but it should of went striaght up from your dip to post O the next morning.
3. If the OPK test line was WAY darker then the control then you had a positive if not you missed it. Your temp tells way more to me anyway! The egg only lives for 12-24 hours so by the time you have already gotten a + OPK your egg might be gone by then, or only good for a few hours more. You did BD way late! You need to BD every other day all month long and the day of O and the day after, two days in a row then, Hopefully you got a chance this onth on CD 20! Any more BD and you will deminish your DH sperm count and any less you will not empty it good to replenish it with new strong sperm!
You will deteect progesterone, which showss O, for a few days before and few days after but it should drop out pretty fast after moreso then before!
You need to go to your dr of any kind and ask for progesterone, you take it starting the day after you O then till AF comes on full force and if she doe snto and you only spot or nothing you get a blood Hcg test to check for pregnancy and a progesterone test to see if your pregnant before stopping. I missed 3 days once and mc!!! My lsat was the first out of 7 I did not bleed mc or have a bbay pre term!!! This is very serious and I can not stress that enough, you need a standing order for several months for the blood work instead of keep going abck to the dr to order it. The meds can stop AF from coming till it is stopped sometimes, but you have to get checked before stopping it! Then if you are you take it till around 13 weeks and sometimes for the full pregnancy. I took pills till 20 weeks then took shots till 2 weeks.
You also need to start taking OPKs sooner to amke sure you have not missed it and it is in fact positive. I hope this has helped you and not just upset you but many woman go to RE even and they are just given meds. My RE always does BBT then goes from there, it is the BEST indicator of waht is catully going wrong without having to do lots of tests! Your progesterone should be over 20 two days after O is when to test if not you need meds and it needs to be over 35 to show pregnancy. Mine was 46 on 4 weeks 3 days! My levles were 4.6 two days after O without meds! I was on 200mg of prometrium, or 50mg of suppositores 2x a day, and also, 500mg of cream to sue as I felt contractions which stopped them till I then got shots. Best of luck and I would be more then happy to help you out each month of you message me from time to time to help me remember, I have a 4 month old and BF that has taken my memory away:)

It looks to me like, according to BBT, you O'd on the 2nd of Nov. But the OPK says the 4th.. I think. If it was the 2nd then you may not have BDed within the time frame. When I was trying for my daughter 10 years ago I went by BBT and thought it was pretty accurate. I have heard the OPKs are really accurate, too, though so I don't know.
I'm definetly not too knowlegeable about these things but I wanted to give you my opinion since you asked specifically. This is definetly the best site I've ever seen for ttc, though, and there are a lot of women here who are very knowlegeable about these things.
