My favorite pants

I'm only 7 weeks and it feels like my pants are getting too tight for comfort. Is this normal? I started out at a size 3 but I'm starting to think I should buy new pants. Any thoughts?

Most likely just bloated you'll be able to button soon. Do the rubber band trick or try leggings aka all I live in lol

Wowww. Thanks everyone. I think I'll just do the rubber band trick for now and buy new things when needed.

Yes I started having to do the hair tie trick to get an extra few inches in my pants by 8 or 9 weeks with both my pregnancies. I'm 11 weeks now with my second and already in maternity pants due to bloating. I would try to put off buying new pants too, unless you have a lot of money you will be buying several more pairs. Stick with stretchy pants or skirts or dresses as long as you can. You can also buy a belly band that holds your pants up with a stretchy band allowing you to keep them unbuttoned and if necessary unzipped.

Maxie dresses and leggings are all I wear now. My grandmother laughs at me because I've only worn dresses once or twice before becoming pregnant

Bloating is a common symptom of early pregnancy, its normal. But I wouldn't buy new pants just yet, I'd wait at least a couple of months. Unless you literally can't fit into anything, because you're just going to have to buy more pants later in a bigger size
