My greatest fear, waking up w.o my baby

I just woke up to use the bathroom, and I saw blood. I'm 8 weeks my first appointment with a obgyn is today and I'm so scared to find out that I'm not pregnant anymore. Its not the first time I bleed randomley like this. I can't stop crying at this point, can you have a painless miscarriage?

As long as no small clots came out with the blood I think you should be fine. Just don't stress to much cuz that can cause a miscarriage.

If you're bleeding heavy I would go to the ER just to make sure

Well I started bleeding last week but it was like a brown blood. My obgyn said as long as you don't have cramps and blood like a period then it shouldn't be anything major to worry about. I was crying so bad cuz I thought I had a miscarriage then I had an appointment the same day n they did an ultrasound n my baby was just kickin away. Just think positive! Be sure to ask your obgyn or nurse when you go in today.
