Thanks you guys. I literally swept my bathroom floor the other day and after that could barely walk. I'll try those stretches and I'll talk to my Dr. tomorrow at my appt.
Avoid carrying or lifting heavy thing's. It causes that feeling. I get that too when I carrying or move heavy things. I'm 23 week's.
Sounds.like your siatic nerve
Butterfly stretches where you sit put the bottom of your feet together and your knees are bent hold your feet with both hands and keen forward. help I get the same thing
Im 35 weeks. I've been having bad hip pain on the right as well. My dr said my s joint was inflamed and that my daughter is pressing on my siatic nerve. She said to take tylenol if it gets too bad and use a heating pad. My co-worker suggested using the heating pad 20 min on and 20 min off. That is honestly the only way I get relief.
