no movement

I'm 30 weeks 3 days. It's almost 7pm and no movement all day. Should I be worried?

I finall felt some movement but not much at all..I have a doc appt tomorrow, would I be fine until then or should I go tonight to Er?

Yes, you should have 10/hr, drink ice cold water or orange juice and lay on your left side for 1 hour, if you get less than 10 movements go to l&d right away

Drink some juice and lay on your side.  Or cold water. After an hr if no movement head to er

Drink something sweet and lay down and see if he or she moves. If not go to the hospital right away!! Goodluck
