NEED HELP
Woke up this morning feeling a little low , & just not good :(
I start feeling around my belly , & on the right side of my lower belly it was tight hard lump , & in the left side it was regular ,,after massaging the lump it goes away or just went down ... What was that ???

Omg it was weird. First time I felt it , I got scared cos I been having pains lately . I'm tiny so maybe it's my baby trying to move around my belly ?
I'm just 13 weeks , not really showing . Was it really ? Omg I was pressing on it lol :(
