non stress test how many of u ladies gotten it done , &what were the results &expierences?
I do one twice a week every week since 35 weeks. I lay on the table they put one monitor on my tummy for the baby's heartbeat and another for my uterus. Then I lay there for about 45 minutes then they take me off. My baby always does perfect. The only time I've had to stay on longer was when I was having contractions I couldn't feel.
I have gotten it once a week since 34 weeks it's not bad they just monitor baby heartbeat and c if you r having contractions n to make sure the baby is not in destress
