21 weeks and still gettin sick..

So i just turned 21weeks friday and i havent gotten morning sickness in about a month or so. But the past few days i feel just as bad as i did in my 1st trimester but i have been feeling the baby move so much more now. Could me gettin sick be because the babys moving more now and moving everything around inside? ( like motion sickness)
