I had the same problem. My mid wife told me if I feel nauseas to eat crackers. And or take freshly squeezed lemon juice or store bought lemon juice and just smell it. She said the smell of lemon juice helps with being nauseated. Hope this helps!!

A cup of warm water works for me first thing in the morning. I was doing goslings all natural ginger beer for a while, but then I started to associate the taste of ginger with being nauseous. If I know I won't be able to avoid barfing, I'll honestly choose food that tastes good on the way back up too. It makes  the whole process slightly less unpleasant.

Cracker, bread, nuts, water, juice, and ginger ale. You basically want to eat a cross between your diet like you're sick and what you want your baby to eat. Rice krispies. Fruit. Apple sauce. All that good stuff.

Chicken sandwiches are good for me. Try to stay away from greesey and citrus foods. And smaller meals throughout the day help me keep things down

I eat tiny teddies before I get out of bed and my partner makes me a smoothie for me to sip on on the way to work other then that just really bland foods like rice cakes and plain pasta. I've also been drinking sustagen chocolate drink when I can. It's so tricky but anything you can keep down is better than nothing

Saltine crackers and 7up seemed to help with mine. Sometimes it was the only thing I could eat.
