Nausea Tips

Any tips for nausea, I'm almost 7 weeks along and nauseous all day. I don't throw up but this nausea is killing. I think I forgot what is was like to be pregnant, since it's been almost 10yrs since I was pregnant with my daughter. Any tips are greatly appreciated.

I had hyperemesis and nothing helped me. Sometimes a fresca would settle my stomach, but other than that I had to rely on zofran.

You could try taking extra vitamin B. That helps a lot I guess!

I felt the same way when I was pregnant with my son... I almost wished I would throw up so I would feel better.  It helped me to eat frequently, small meals.  If I got hungry it got worse than I felt too sick to eat.  Also, staying hydrated and laying down for a nap too.  Only a few more weeks and you should start to feel some improvement heading into your 2nd trimester.  Hang in there!

Lemon oil or peppermint oil in a rag or in tea. Or just some crackers. Ginger ale is good also.
