Nausea

Every site I've read says that nausea should pass once you're out of the first trimester, I'm now four months and my nauseas worse than ever and I'm starting to worry about the level of nutrients I'm able to give to my baby when half of what I'm eating isn't even making it past the first stage of digestion. Does anyone have any suggestions to help get rid of this or has anyone experienced anything similar?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As far as getting enough to eat I find its easier to eat very little but very often instead of big meals spread out when I feel nauseous(:

My cousin had ir her whole pregnancy. I felt so bad for her. I had it really bad up until 14 weeks. Now it came back at 32 weeks. What helped me though was lemons. Lemon water. And just raw lemon. Also eating ice helped. I lived off soup for a bit and 7up. That's all I could keep down. Hope you feel better momma I really hate morning sickness :(

Had with my 1st till about 20 weeks and with my 2nd still have it at 32 weeks although actual vomiting did calm down around 28 weeks. Antineasuea meds helped for awhile but its like I built a tolerance to em so I gave up on that plus ive got meds I have to take on en empty stomach and cant eat for an hr after. If u can always keep a lil something in ur stomach that should help otherwise just make sure u get ur prenatals and lo should be perfectly fine

I was nausea the first 3 months, it was bad. I couldnt eat anything. I lost a total of 12 pounds. Im 21 weeks now, back to a stable weight and I eat everything :) Im hoping it doesnt come back, it sucked. I drank a lot of gingerale and ate french fries with salt, lots of salt. Those helped me.

It does not always go away. I know a few women who were sick their entire pregnancy.
