Try drinking lemon water, that's helping me keep stuff down and I'm also in my 7th week

I'm also in wk 7 and so miserable! I had a leftover prescription for zorfran and even that isn't working for my nausea. Ginger ale is useless and so are crackers or soup. I think only time will help, good luck and I hope you feel better soon

you can eat tums and sprite, or saltiness, i was like that my first trimester couldn't even get near my husband cause every smell would make me throw up. i lost 10 pounds cause i couldn't keep anything down. not even water.

Try an over tge counter medication called emetrol it helped me with sickness. As for everything else you gotta wait it out and try to avoid doing stuff that smells bad to you. Losing weight that early is normal i did at first too
