I had watery foul smelling discharge last week I knew it was bv so I used the metronidazole vaginal gel but now I have white thick clumpy discharge no smell no pain and I'm 26 weeks pregnant. I havent had any prenatal care so i basically self diagnosed myself. How do I clear it up. I cant afford any doctor right now

Does it itch?  Could it now be fungal due to ph changes in the vagina, yeast or just fungal?  Okay, I have to ask.  Prenatal care is important.  Why aren't you doing that?  Are you going to start?  As you get closer to your due date, it is best to work with your doctor.  Who prescribed the metronidazole?  You can visit them again to get the current discharge swabbed.  However, if it is just thicker than usual, doesn't smell or itch, it is not bad to wait to see if it clears up either.  Anyway, I hope you can start working with a doctor on a regular basis soon hon.
