LOL I am a little bias about the name Rebekah since that is how my name is spelled! LOL and i don't know why people think Rebecca is the traditional spelling Rebekah has actually been around for longer, just Rebecca is the more common version. I do have to say people always pronounce my name correctly and say how pretty it is and that they like the way it is spelled better! they only thing I have had trouble with is finding stuff with my name already on it and you can always get that kind of thing personalized! I actually like the spelling Rebecka as well (I have a friend Rebecka that is spelled that way). My middle name is Christine which i think goes, but it does make for a very long name! I like Rebekah Rose, Rebekah joy, and Rebekah Grace. Also Rebekah is the spelling that is in the bible. good luck and hope you figure out something you like!
I like traditional spelling, so I voted Rebecca. I have a nice named Rebecca, and her middle name is Ann.
That would be so sweet! I love namesakes. ;-)
Ashelen, that's beautiful. I love it.
For my daughter's middle name we literally picked a nationality to choose from (celtic) and kept looking until we found something that A) flowed well with both first and last names, and B)had a meaning that we thought was strong.
we ended up with Sionna (but because we knew nobody would pronounced it correctly we took some creative license and spelled it phonetically ...so her middle name is spelled Syana). it means "God's grace" which I love...and her first name means "pure" so I feel like she has a really strong name :D. my poor son isn't going to get off so lucky with his first or middle names...but that's a long story.
I like Rebekah. I s uck at picking middle names.
my middle name is Maria and so is my mom's. Maybe i might go with Rebekah Marie. I'll bring it up to Dh and see what he thinks, lol.

if i have a girl i want her middle name to be jayde....

I like it spelled Rebekah. My mom's name was Rebecca and her middle name was Sue. I agree that you'll want a nice, short middle name since Rebekah is a strong first name.
So you are looking for a middle name? Here are my suggestions. Since Rebekah is already a pretty good strong first name, you might want to pair it with a smaller name:
Lynn
Rae
Mae
Jane
Joy
My girls names are:
Savanah Kay
Siany Rae
I had a friend in high school that was named Rebekah, but we called her Bekah. :) Another friend once told me that when she was trying to decide on a name, her grandma told her to say the whole name like she was mad, just to see if it goes together.
