My first two pregnancy everything was great! I was on no extra meds other then iron with my first. Oh my second was born at 33 weeks weighing 5lb 9oz and 18 in but no reason as to why was ever found. I then met my df in 2009 had a missed mc and blighted ovum in 2010. Fell pregnant with my daughter April 2011 and needed progesterone with her. I truly hope I don't need extra meds this go around.
medicaid covers the progesterone pills also, i take them almost $400 for 60 of them i use in a month and they cover it in full. and yes if its ment to be it will happen i have blood clotting issues low folic acid and low progesterone and with my daughter i never took anything but my prenatal vitamins and had my cerclage, bc i have an incompatent cervix, and she is very healthy and 3 yrs old, this pregnancy im on levonox injections, folic acid, progesterone, and prenatals. but i say its all in GOD'S hands
When my labs come in tomorrow if levels are low I will be asking...
Medicaid does cover progesterone shots:))) just letting you know.
Thank you all for your kind words of support. I know it will be tough but we will not go through with an abortion. Just going to let nature take its course and if I carry to term then great!
I also have 3 kids an 8 yr old an 2 and a half yr old and a 1 and a half yr old and currently 18 weeks pregnant and me my kids and fiancée live with my grandma and it is so stressful with the two lil ones running around in everything and abortion crossed my mind in the beginning but after all they are blessings so I put it in gods hands so good luck to u and your family
i have 3 kids 4year old tomorrow, a 2 year old that turned 2 in august and a 3 month old that was born in august and now possibly pregnant again and i live with my mom and so do my bf with our kids.
Im pregnant with my fourth with a 7, 5, & 2 year old kids. My 5yr old has Autism and its looking like the same with my 2yr old. My hubby and I live with my parents. I understand how stressful it can be hun if that helps. And like you my hubby and I arent into abortion either.
I'm not sure about pills or shots. I was only offered the suppository with my last pregnancy.
Does medicaid not cover progesterone pills or shots?
No reason to be sorry, it's not your fault.
I'm on Medicaid, well medical here in ca, and have been since 2008. It was not covered before because I had to get them from a compound pharmacy.
You could get on pregnancy medicaid. I did it with my last two pregnancies and then if it is deemed necessary then they should cover it.
