I read that freezing a few lemon slices for 30 min then sucking on them relieves nausea and is safe for the baby as well! Also any type of frozen fruit helps. Just make sure to always stay hydrated and make sure your never hungry or too full as that can make nausea worse!

No soda is harmful.. i sounded like you. Always keep something in your mouth. Sour candy, popsicles, sucker, also flat diet coke actually helped me.. Peppermint and ginger teas kt anything too sweet always made me sicker. Good luck

I dont think so. You could pour out some of the carbonation if you want to. I was drinking it at five weeks

Well thanks for the reply there! But isn't ginger ale harmful to the pregnancy for the first few months because of its "stingy-ness"? Other than that I shall take into consideration. I was given a nauseous medication but it's not working at all..

Try ginger ale, popsicles, lemon drops, saltines, soup, and 7up. And if it gets really bad you can always ask yoir doctor for some nausea medicine
