the doctor can precribe acid indegestion meds. i got some because i lived off dairy for a month and he wasnt to happy when i told him that. i couldnt eat anything that was seasoned. it always came back up and burned my stomach
I'm going through that now and popsicles,.saltines and water are my best friend hehe . At work I take some popsicles with me and when I get a chance if I feel nauseous I eat them.
Chewing mint gum helps me when I get nauseous.
Peppermint altoids worked wonders for me.
I read that freezing a few lemon slices for 30 min then sucking on them relieves nausea and is safe for the baby as well! Also any type of frozen fruit helps. Just make sure to always stay hydrated and make sure your never hungry or too full as that can make nausea worse!
Glad to know that there's someone out there who had gone thru the same thing cos it's just intolerant...any idea what I should keep putting in my mouth? Sour or sweet?
No soda is harmful.. i sounded like you. Always keep something in your mouth. Sour candy, popsicles, sucker, also flat diet coke actually helped me.. Peppermint and ginger teas kt anything too sweet always made me sicker. Good luck
Oh i will try that as soon I can get up and drag myself to a store. Thanks ladies!! ❤❤
Soda isn't harmful to baby at any point just stay away from diet. You can also try the Sea Bands acupressure bands
I dont think so. You could pour out some of the carbonation if you want to. I was drinking it at five weeks
Well thanks for the reply there! But isn't ginger ale harmful to the pregnancy for the first few months because of its "stingy-ness"? Other than that I shall take into consideration. I was given a nauseous medication but it's not working at all..
Try ginger ale, popsicles, lemon drops, saltines, soup, and 7up. And if it gets really bad you can always ask yoir doctor for some nausea medicine
