I was going to say that too....maybe multiples?
15 is a lot....I was freaking out about 5 but I keep fluctuating between 2 and 5 depending on the time of day!
I'm 9 weeks and I have hardly anything...mostly bloat but not that much.
Keep your eye on your sugar and mainly salt intake....a lot of salt can make you retain a lot of water!
See your doctor for sure!!

Did you have any ultrasounds done yet?  I think 15lbs is a bit much to gain in 9 weeks of pregnancy.  I know you gain weight from bloating and water weight but that number is a little too high.  Does the doctor seem to be concerned with the weight gain?  I would call him and let him know all your symptoms if you don't have an upcoming appt.  They may want to do an ultrasound or see you sooner in the office.  Hey who knows maybe that is more than 1 in there.  Good luck hun.

Bloating and water retention are the main causes at such an earlier stage during pregnancy.  However, trouble breathing is not normal at 9 weeks and warrants a call to your doctor.
