Nipple Discharge-Sign of Pregnancy?

I am a mother of 2 boys, aged 2 & 4. Yesterday, my breasts were feeling much like they did when I nursed (1 1/2 years ago); They felt tingly, like they were filling up with mik. I squeezed one and a small amount of white milky substance came out. I squeezed the other and and a small amount of clear substance came out. Could this be a sign of pregnancy?

I am not passsing any milk yet and I am only 3, so if it is milkkk then like BTS said you'd be over 4 months....
My nipples have little bits of skin coming off (sorry TMI) and since I was 12 has had a lump next to it (Like another nipple Lol, again TMI) I havent got it checked im too scared, but my nipple hasnt fallen off so im guessing its okay, Im just growing another lump on the other side and im like WTF? LOL.

But I would suggest going to talk to your doc and or taking a preg test. :)

It is a possibility that it could be colostrum, however that would probably signal that your over 4 months pregnant. I'm a week shy of 4 months and still have not produced any. I would suggest talking to your doctor to make sure. Discharge from the nipple area could also mean that there are other health issues going on!
