Nipple Stimulation

So just wanted to post that my midwife encouraged me to try this so I did. I wanted to share my experience with it so far. I did start having painless contractions but I only had a few and they stopped a few minutes after I stopped. Very frustrating because I got all excited and then nothing. Anyone else try this?

I tried that with my second to the point I would even pump &* get a good bit of colostrum. But the contractions would stop soon after. Bell3101 I also had my membranes stripped with my second &* this pregnancy about a week ago ... still nothing =/ ... even as miserable as you can be as I AM LOL if the baby isn't ready Nothing but actually being induced or c section can change it! The only thing I haven't tried is 'Evening primrose oil' so maybe at 37 week's 4 day's 2 cm dilated it might help ! Fingers crossed ! Good luck to you also !

Thank you so much! Yeah I'm starting to accept the fact that nothing is really going to work. I'm just so ready for this baby to get here lol

I tried everything and I mean everything.  Sex nipple stimulation red rasberry leaf tea walking squating bouncing on a ball capsules inside acupunture acupressure point massage nothing worked.  The dr did a membrane sweep I went into labour about 14 hrs later. Third birth and it went fir over 40 hrs....I believe it went that long because she wasnt ready and my body wasn't prepared but the sweep forced my body to start. It was long n painful but worth it. .... good luck with all that u try.
