Im having bad cramps and pressure my tummy hurts so bad I never felt this before im only going on 12 Weeks Wat could it be and should I go in please help

I have had alot of pain and pressure throughout my pregnancy im now 26 weeks and my doctor has always said it was because im very small and the baby.is growing fast and people with smaller frames tend to feel your body stretch on the inside and it can be painful. If the pain gets too bad go to the doctor just to be sure

my wife is 9 weeks now and has got similar problem of tummy pain but she is not bleeding. if you consult your doctor pls let of know what she say .

U need to go to da doctor or hospital cuz u maybe having contractions too early.
