Im 6wks/4 days and i feel the exact same way. Im not really sick, i just feel like a zombie has taken over my body. I try and clean, but i syart sweating and get so exhausted. Hope this passes soon for the both of us
I was exhausted my first trimester, and with caring for my two yr old daughter, I was wiped out by the afternoon. My husband would come home from work, cook, clean, and help with our daughter. I felt horrible! But he said he would rather me and baby be OK then clean at the moment. I didn't understand it bc being pregnant with my daughter I worked full time and was in college full time. This one I had to take a month off work( I only work Saturdays) I'm 15 weeks 4 days and have had my energy back for a couple weeks. It gets better!
That's also my biggest problem now, I'm 12weeks 2morro an I've just started to feel normal again, stopped fallin asleep wen I spend more that 5mins lay down. This is my 3rd baby so I knew wot to expect, its normal, an will get better
Yes, this was my worst symptom, it was ridiculous. My friends used to laugh at me because whenever we went shopping, they could find me sitting down in the furniture section lol. But as soon as I entered my second trimester, it lightened up. I know that probably seems a long time from now, but it will get better. Your body is doing an amazing thing, so it's okay to rest.
Hang in there. This is totally normal and all because of the shift in hormones and extra blood pumping through you. Your body is doing some pretty hard work and the exhaustion will definitely wear off. It's just those first few weeks...you will get more energy soon. Make sure you do rest up when you can.
