Am I pregnant or in the process of becoming pregnant

I have had mirena iud since July 2006 I recently had it removed due to constant stomach pains and my periods never stopped in fact they were heavier. I had it removed November 7,2008, I started my period November 9, 2008. My periods have always been a week long, they last day of my period me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex up until last night November 20,2008. My body has been feeling different, I am very tired everyday no matter how much sleep I get. I am starting to have lower back pains and a funny feeling in my stomach. Am I already pregnant or am I in the process of conceiving right now? How long before it will show up that I am pregnant?

i dont know to much about the iud but could your body just getting back to itself, like before you had the bc??  i really dont think you could be having symptoms yet?? BUT if you are still worried i would wait untill december 10th atleast, good luck if this is what you are wanting to happen

well when you come off of mirena.  It takes a few months for everything to get back to normal.  Your periods will vary in length and lightness, to med...it could be just from the removal, but wait till your next period is due and then test if hasnt come
