going to go crazy!

I am 20 years old.  Married with 1 child who is 3 1/2.  My husband and I got pregnant a few months ago.  My last cycle was June 7-14th.  We ended up having a miscarriage and had a DNC done at 11 weeks.  I think this was around August 23rd.  I have not had a period yet.  We have been using condoms b/c my doc said wait 11 weeks before trying again but thursday (about 4 days ago the 27th of september)  I had a gel like light pink colored discharge when I wiped and have had this everyday including today.  I looked it up and alot of what I read said it could be implantation bleeding.  I called my doc and they said either implantation bleeding or ovulation.  I have never had this before when I ovulated.  I have been very sleepy and dropping and spilling everything.  The doc said to wait 14 days and if there is no period to take a test.  I am going to go crazy if I have to wait 14 days.  But I am only about 6 weeks out of the D&C and i'm worried if I take a test my HCG levels from the last pregnancies may cause a false positive as i'm not sure if they would be out of my system yet.  Any advice or information would be very helpful.  Thanks

Take a test if its negative wait a week if its not than retest. By now most likely your levels should be down to zero. Mine got down to zero in about 3 1/2-4 weeks after my miscarriage. If it comes up positive get a beta HCG test to see if your levels are rising or dropping. Best of luck to you! :)
