No period for 3 months?

I have not had my period since February. Since then, I have experienced a couple days of light spotting, and one day of brown discharge. Both time I thought my period was on its way, only to be disappointing. I have no vomitting or swelling of the breasts but I have gained weight, most noticeably in my tummy.  The part of my stomach between my belly button and breats has become almost hard, with a bloated feeling. (I realize it should be under my belly button that is hard) I have had cramps numerous times but never a period. As I am typing this I have light cramps. I have had moderate cramps as well. I am too scared to take a pregnancy test but I will by the end of May if I still do not have my period. Do you think I could be pregnant or is it something more or less serious? I have had my period for 7 years and I rarely missed a month. Thank you.

By the way my doc said the cramping was from my uterus stretching. I really thought something was wrong.I have no morning sickness.either I feel like, my normal self except.that I've gained some weight.

Sounds, like you could be pregnant! I.had my normal cramps & chocolate cravings & surely thought I was getting, my period. My breast were tender just like every month. I have normal periods every month until  I missed my period . I took a test after that first week of it, not coming and boom test came back positive. I.was in denial & went right back to the pharmacy to get another test.and it came back positive again. I'm 2 months pregnant now with my first.
