I haven't taken a pt yet but I have very light cramping and discharge as well. I heard it's VERY common. Also if I am really pregnant I'll only be 2 weeks. And I really haven't had symptoms either. Not all women are the same. But I hope everything is okay for you!

At 4 weeks there's not many symptoms they usually come on after around the 6-8 weeks mark hence a lot of pregnancies don't get detected early

I found out at 4 weeks because of intense boob pains but other than that didn't feel preggers til 9 weeks. This is my first as well and I'm now 24 weeks! Enjoy your pregnancy!

I was the same way. I found out a week ago and am now 6 weeks. My headaches went away after I started taking the prenatals, sometimes it even went away when I had some kind of sugar. It's my first baby as well, they said it was nothing to worry about. I should have my first appointment with my OB soon for more info on it though. (: You shouldn't worry.
