Non stop contraction

I posted this on the 25-34 forum as well.. Just trying to get some answers.

I went in to my 39week appt this morning at 9 and I started having contractions at 11 that has pretty much turned into what feels like a nonstop contraction.. It's even hard to walk.. I called the doc and they said my cervix is probably irritated and to go ahead and go home (1hr away) if they turn into distinguishable contractions that go every 5 min for an hour then to head back.. Has anyone of you experienced anything like a nonstop contraction that has been going on this long, it's 2pm now and started at 11 and had only gotten more intense..

It sounds like something my anatomy teacher went over last semester. I would call labor and delivery.

Ended going home and the contractions mostly stopped but only when im laying down, as soon as I move it happens again.. So here I am in bed and just feeling really period crampy and now I have what feels like slight pressure on my pelvis.

I say go back bc u may not be notice the break in the pain bc the pain is so intense but the monitor will pick it up
