Miscarrying again?

Okay, I had a miscarriage in May that started out with my ultrasound showing me a week behind what it should be.  Checked levels and they were going up, not doubling, but were going up.  Everything was fine until about 9-1/2 weeks.  I started spotting and cramping.  Went in for another ultrasound and the baby was kicking around...good heartbeat detected.  The next day, I miscarried.  Ended up with a D&C to remove excess tissue.  I've had 2 other miscarriages, one was a blighted ovum and the other an early miscarriage at 5 weeks.  Anyway, I found out I was pregnant again and went to the doctor today.  Same thing, I was supposed to be 7 weeks and 1 day, but the ultrasound showed me to be 6 weeks and 1 day.  No fetus was seen...just the gestational sac.  Levels were checked today, but I don't know what they are yet.  I am scheduled to go back for another beta HCG test on Thursday or Friday.  They'll do a repeat ultrasound in 2 weeks.  I guess there is no way to know if I am in fact going to miscarry again, but it sure does seem like it.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  I have felt pregnant from the get go.  I have sore breasts and I am fatigued.

Congrats Mommy!  That's great, now the goal is relaxing and enjoying everyday of this pregnancy b/c it's going to fly by before you know it.  No worries, you'll make it all the way this time!  We're all praying that you do!

Had another ultrasound this morning and low and behold there was a baby and a heartbeat.  Due date is still about a week off from my LMP due date, but the doctor said everything looked good.  It is funny because I still can't seem to let myself get excited about this baby.  I guess my past is hindering me.  Oh well.  Maybe we can make it to the first trimester this time.

I would suggest that you take your doctor's advice.  After my first miscarriage, I did not wait the full 3 months and I had another miscarriage.  Your body goes through a lot with a miscarriage.  Even though you may feel good, your insides may not be up to par.

Levels only increased to a little over 30,000 with blood drawn yesterday.  Doctor will be out of the office until Tuesday.  They are going to call me back once she has a chance to look at everything.  I feel like they'll do another ultrasound.  I guess it is more waiting at this point.  Thanks for you encouragement.  I'm trying to stay positive, but it is hard with my previous history.

My water broke on the 13th of October at 18 weeks. I was told that I had no other choice but to terminate the pregnancy because the babies lungs would not develop without the amniotic fluid. I gave birth on the 15, and I'm bleeding on and off. Just spotting a little. The Doc. told me that I should wait about 3 months after I've had 3 regular periods before I try to get pregnant again. I was hopping that I could start earlier. The OB Doc. even said that I should use condums with my husband until then so I don't get pregnant. For the ones that got pregnant right after a misscarriage, how far along are you now? Are you experiencing any problems?

Got the results back from my first beta HCG...27,000!  It made me feel a little better.  I am having another one drawn this afternoon and hopefully, I'll get the results before the weekend.  I have another ultrasound scheduled for a week from this coming Tuesday.

ok i need some help. Last month i had weird symptoms and my period wasnt due till the 18th. I was spotting from the 12th through the 17th then had only 3 days of my regular period and it was back to spotting for a couple more days. I took the home pregnancy test 2ce and it was negative.
this month i got my period on the 19th as usual and today i saw something very unusual. It was like a blood cloth but a thick string looking thing and i'm freaking out. I've never seen that in my life. Could it be that i was pregnant and miscarried? what are the symptoms for miscarriage????

Its possible that everything will turn out okay. Ultrasounds can be up to a week wrong and even conception being one or two days later at this early stage make a hugh difference on what you will see.

wow that is alot to go through. Hopefully for you, this is your month and everything will be fine.  I will hope and pray for you and baby dust to you.  Keep us posted what happens at your next u/s and blood work.  ((((hugs))))
