Nose bleeds

I am 32 weeks and have recently been getting nose bleeds or at least blood build ups in my nose every day. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, have you found anything to help?

ugh, didn't even answer your question - I'd also get build ups, but the only thing I could do to help was let it flow.. if you pinch your nose the clotting could be a pain in itself, and if you blow it TOO much it can become irritated.. I just blew mine as needed or stuffed tissue in there for a few minutes!

around 17 weeks I started getting nosebleeds.. I remember being in target, handing my pocketbook to my fiancé, and digging tissue out before it poured out everywhere! I teared up, scared, embarrassed.. crazy hormones lol

anyways, apparently it's normal.. at any point during pregnancy. if it's excessive though I'd bring it up to my OB.. they said I was okay though, and it only last off & on for a couple of weeks! good luck! ((:

Bloody noses are very common during pregnancy.  Don't know what reduces them though :/

I was getting nose bleeds for about 3 weeks but it stopped when I started drinking more water and stopped being so stressed out.
