Not Hungry

I am 9 weeks and im worried because I am not hungry at all.  Im usually nausious in the morning and I take some anti nausia medication but after that kicks in I have no desire to eat.  Does anyone have any tips?

Yepp I lost 25 pounds my first trimester from not eating and morning sickness but it gets better

oh ok that explains alot because I have been extremly thirsty.

I was the same, I got.told to eat ice follies and.drink.plenty of.water to.keep dehydrated.. I barely ate anything until about 23-24 weeks and midwife said it.was.okay, baby mostly.needs fluids

Its fine! You don't wanna gain more than 2-4 pounds in the first trimester anyways and a lot of woman loose weight BC they are so sick.. I lost 10 pounds my first trimester

Just make sure that you are drinking plenty of water, taking your vitamins and eating small meals.

Its normal your stomach is being squished by your ever growing baby, try to eat small meals even if your not hungry. Your appetite will come back eventually. :)
