Not a healthy diet.

Feel like all ive done so far is eat a bunch of junk food,  im 26w3d. And ive taken my prenatals since 6 weeks. But I feel like im giving my baby a poor diet. Or does it even matter since im taking prenatals. Everything just isnt as good, I only want sugar and im also scared I might develop diabetes. Any suggestions on what I should do?

With my first I was 17 so all I ate was junk food and prenatals. I never got diabetes. I did gain a lot of weight though. And my son came out a perfectly healthy 8 lb 8 oz baby(I was 10 days late other wise he would've been more like 7lbs)
