Im 16 weeks and dont eat enough but I just haven't really been hungry lately and if I am hungry I only take a couple bites and im full. I downloaded an app that tracks the calories I eat during the day maybe that can help you but remember by second trimester you should be eating an extra 340 calories.

I've seen several places say you don't actually need to start eating more until the last trimester. At that point eat around 450 calories more (that's not that much in the scheme of things). If you're not hungry and your doctor isn't concerned I wouldn't worry.

I definitely feel like I don't eat enough. I'm 24 weeks and haven't gained any weight yet but my doctor said my baby girl is perfectly healthy and weighs over a pound now (: he's not worried. As long as baby is growing and measuring fine, just eat when you can. I'm so nauseous all the time still that's why I struggle to eat.

If your Timmy is full and you are eating healthy baby will be fine :).. There were times I was worried I wasn't eating enough but when baby needs more s/he needs more they will let you know. I have days when little one must be growing cuz I eat constant and days where I only pick at food and feel satisfied baby will let you know what they need just don't ignore hungry pains

Eat 3-4 small meals n snack in between make sure you're getting your prenatals n eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, Remember it's not how much you eat it's what you eat. Keep that in mind and ull eat the right amount for you and your baby, congrats n good luck!!! :)
